While bowling on Lanes 1 & 2 in a back-match (04JAN17/WE) in the Thursday High Roller Doubles League Paul Stott Jnr and Amanda Larkin set new Mixed Doubles Game and Series Records, while Paul had another 300 game (his 10th in ALSAA).
The new Game Score was 553, adding 8 pins to the 541 they had bowled on 14DEC15.
The Series Score was 1492 which added 40 pins to the 1452 they had bowled on 01DEC16, which itself had added 8 pins to the 1444 they bowled on 12JAN16.
The full scores were:
Paul : 242 – 225 – 300 = 767 (Ave 255)
Amanda : 225 – 247 – 253 = 725 (Ave 241)
Totals : 467 – 472 – 553 = 1492 (Ave 248)
Meanwhile the 2017 XTREME ALSAA Open got off to a slow start tonight with just James McFadden and Thomas Galvin taking part. Next weekend there are squads at 20:00 on Saturday and 12:30 on SUnday.
