The third annual fund raiser at Almeria Bowling Centre took place on Saturday the 10th of March and saw 30 plus teams of trios take part in a competitive but fun tournament.
All levels of bowlers were well represented including three ex Great Britain team members and some who had never bowled in their life before.
Everyone in the community pulled together to make this day special by providing services and entertainment to keep all the customers happy.
In a close and exciting climax to the bowling tournament three teams battled it out for top spot with only 20 pins between first and third in qualifying for the final.

In a one game roll off the three ex Great Britain team members claimed their first international victory on foreign soil in the Spanish sunshine.
The day was rounded off with live entertainment, singing and dancing late into the night.
A big thank you to everyone who made this a fantastic day, with a special thank you to Phil Taylor and Sharron Taylor for all their hard work. Also a special mention for the Manager Rafael Aranda Amate and all his staff for making everyone welcome, and working tirelessly keeping us fed and watered all day and donating the lanes.
